How should I connect with you?

What are your rates?

My base rate for a 60-min massage is $150. From there, the rates may increase for specialty massages or added time. Enhancements and setup fees may also result in additional costs.

When booking, you will be required to pay a 50% deposit to reserve your time. You may also pay the full amount.

What is your cancellation policy?

You may reschedule or cancel up to 12 hours before your originally scheduled appointment. At such point, your deposit becomes non-refundable.

On my end, I would only request to reschedule or cancel due to illness or emergency. If I had to do so within 12 hours of our start time and if rescheduling is not feasible, I will refund your deposit.

Does the Services page list everything you offer?

No. I am able to offer other modalities and enhancements, e.g. Shiatsu massage or hot stones. It often depends on where I'm working, what supplies are available, and discussions with clients. I hope to have a more consistent menu of what I can offer soon. Please be patient as I build up my own stock of tools and supplies!

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes! The following discount offers are active:

• Groundfloor members -- 20% off
• Educators, Activists, and Students -- 40% off

Offers cannot be combined. I will apply the greater discount.

How do I get to your office?

Magsaya Kayo Wellness is located near the corner of Geary and Arguello at 3701 Geary Blvd #101 San Francisco, CA 94118. Easily accessible by the 38, 38R, and 33.

This is a shared office space with an old sign out front that says "GOLDENSPRING ACUPUNCTURE". You'll find the entrance closest to the shop called "Pet's Corner".

There's residential and metered parking nearby. Please note that it's usually busy around dinnertime and during the neighborhood's Farmers' Market on Sundays.

Do you do home care visits?

At the moment, no. I hope to bring the relaxation to you beginning March 2026!

Please be sure you have space for me to set up my massage table and move around it comfortably, about 9 ft x 12 ft. Home care visits will incur a setup fee.
